Hey...

What's going on everyone? Haven't been on in a long time. I have been deployed to Guam and have been staying pretty busy.

Till Oct.

Every day I'm sweating. The humidity is so high and it's always at 90 degrees +.

I have pictures of some of the island on facebook.

Hey! that's where I was born.
Being persistant and never giving up may not always get the job done, but it just may annoy someone else enough to make it worth your while.

That's cool man. It's a pretty island. The only downer is I don't have any transportation here. Staff and above are the only ones who are able to drive off base w/o any problems. I can have a staff w/ me and drive, but you have to find someone that's willing to do the same thing that you desire. I have been DD so I have had a good chance to see the island and what it has to offer as far as the night life goes. We also have shuttles, but it is a $15 fee just to travel in one direction. So you can imagine that it drains your wallet pretty quickly. I have been to the beaches multiple times and I must say that the water here is so gorgeous. I have never seen it so clear.

Kar, did they give you any warning before shipping you off? I know that it is hot down there, but at least you are getting to see the world. Hope that you will be safe from the mosquitoes. I'll have to check out your pictures on Facebook.

We haven't had too many PB outing lately, but I am still hopeful that later in the summer things will pick up.

^I think the two are a bit related, Hopefully there will be more paintball events in the fall than usual as this summer has just been insane with the heat.

Looks like life is starting to sprout. About time. Sorry I have been away. It's difficult to procure time for the internet here. Looking forward to getting back to the states.
